Within walking distance you can satisfy all your needs for a carefree stay in Selva. A bakery, a supermarket, ski rentals, sport boutiques and anything else you need can be found near your apartment.
The bus, which takes you to the ski lifts, stops just one walking minute away from the apartment.
Our apartment Stevia is situated on the ground floor of the Villa and it is both comfortably and functionally equipped.
The apartment consists of:
anteroom including a wardrobe;
kitchen including a breakfast table, a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and cutlery and tableware in adequate stock;
bedroom including a double bed including bed linen and a big closet;
living room including a small lounge, a studio couch and satellite TV;
bathroom including a shower, a toilet, a blow-dryer, towels and a rug.
The apartment gives you direct access to our sunny private backyard.
Hotel Alaska situated only 1,2 km away, offers guests of the Villa Muse free access to their wellness area daily from 16:30 to 19:30.
Our apartment Sella is situated on the first floor of the Villa and it is both comfortably and functionally equipped.
The apartment consists of:
kitchen including a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and cutlery and tableware in adequate stock;
bedroom including a double bed including bed linen and a big closet;
living room including a small lounge, a studio couch and satellite TV;
bathroom including a bathtub, a toilet, a blow-dryer, towels and a rug.
From the two private balconies you can enjoy the view towards the south and the north. Of course you can also access our sunny private backyard anytime.
Hotel Alaska situated only 1,2 km away, offers guests of the Villa Muse free access to their wellness area daily from 16:30 to 19:30.
Apartment Stevia from 140 € to 175 € per person per day depending on season and period.
Apartment Sella from 160 € to 195 € per person per day depending on season and period.
In low-season we have special offers which can be obtained upon request.
• The prices are per person per day for the apartment for a two-person-reservation. For every additional bed we charge 150 € per week.
• The apartments are equipped with bathtub or shower, toilet, blow-dryer, satellite TV, dishwasher, stove and private backyard and/or balcony.
• Bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dishcloths, one private parking space as well as the free access to the wellness area at Hotel Alaska are included in the price.
• To complete reservation, we request that you send us a written confirmation, which has to be reconfirmed by the management. The booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the cost of your stay.
• Visitors‘ tax: from the 01.01.2014, a residence tax in the amount of 1.60 Euro per person per night shall be charged to all guests over the age of 14.
• The room will be ready for occupation from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Should you arrive after 7 pm, we kindly request you to inform us. Upon departure, we kindly request you to leave the room by 10 am.
• The down payment can be paid via bank transfer, we do not accept credit cards.
• Our cleaning fee for the apartment on departure is set at 50 €.
• We also offer a private garage parking space for 10 € per day.
• In the event of cancellation of the booking, we charge the following cancellation fee (s. ART. 7 AGB):
up to 2 months: loss of your down payment.
up to 3 weeks: 80 % of the total cost of stay
within 3 weeks: 100% of the total cost of stay
To save yourself these unnecessary costs we highly recommend to book a travel cancellation insurance in advance.
